I am Jacinda Ferguson the CJO (Chief Jam Officer) and owner of Jam & Bougie. My business was birthed from my love of fine food, great cocktails, cooking, and entertaining.
The idea of this delectable Bougie Jam came from the purchase of a bread maker with a jam setting and a bottle of fine bourbon. Each fruit butter and jam is curated based on extensive research of what liqueurs pairs well with each fruit. The scripture incorporated on our logo is a dedication to my late father who was affectionately known as the "Eagle". The rest is history.
We offer a delicious product using only the freshest fruit , the best spices, and the finest liqueurs . Our jams can be used on standard breakfast fare (biscuits, toast, English muffins, waffles, and pancakes), they can be used in oatmeal, cocktails, teas, and can also be used as sauces for meat and fish.
